RECIPE: Strawberry Shortcake Fluffy Yogurt

Part 3! A new fluffy yogurt recipe!

If you're craving strawberry shortcake but still want to hit your protein goals, this recipe is for you. It's creamy, fluffy, packed with protein, and tastes like dessert while taking less than five minutes to make. I love keeping this in the fridge for an afternoon snack or a post-workout treat!

*Macros will vary slightly depending on the protein powder you use

Ingredients
  • 170g nonfat plain Greek yogurt (I use Fage)
  • 7g sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 tsp baking powder (this makes it fluffier)
  • 100g fresh strawberries, diced
  • 20g Catalina Crunch Honey Graham cereal (can sub with Nilla Wafers or any cookie)
  • 2 tbsp Truwhip whipped topping

Optional

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (for extra protein and a thicker texture!)
Instructions
  1. Add the Greek yogurt to a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in the sugar-free pudding mix, vanilla protein powder (if using). I usually don't add protein powder!
  3. Add the baking powder if you want an extra fluffy, mousse-like texture.
  4. Mix vigorously for 1–2 minutes until smooth, thick, and creamy.
  5. Fold in about half of the diced strawberries + your cereal.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes - 1 hour.
  7. Top with the remaining strawberries, crushed cereal, and Truwhip.

Thank me later... the perfect combination of creamy, crunchy, and fresh, sweet strawberry flavor! 🍓 Don't sleep on Greek yogurt!
