YEEHAW!
If you haven’t been to Jackson Hole yet… add it to your must-see list. It’s where a quaint mountain town meets the Wild West - cowboy chic - and I instantly fell in love.
With the town… and someone else. Hehe ;)
We were only there three nights, and while it wasn’t nearly enough time, I wanted to share a list of the places we went and loved. I feel like we hit all the major hot spots, and if there’s one thing I pride myself on, it’s curating the vibes on a trip and only going to places I deem worthy of visiting.
Whether you’re skiing in the winter or visiting in the summer, here’s what I recommend:
3 Days in Jackson Hole - A Guide

Where to stay:
Could NOT recommend this hotel more. It's a bit pricier - but in a prime location with excellent amenities and in walking distance of everything! Even better? There's live music in the evenings, games to play in the common area, a free shuttle that takes you to and from Jackson Hole mountain resort, and UNLIMITED TRAIL MIX (I snacked on this way too much). 10/10 stay.

What to do:
You can't go to Jackson Hole and not ski if you enjoy snow sports and visit in the winter! Even if skiing or snowboarding isn't for you... you can still go and take the Gondola up to the top of the mountain + ride it back down. Highly recommend because the views are STELLAR (if you get lucky to go on a sunny day with good visibility).
Jackson Town Square
Where all the action is.
My favorite activity on our trip was strolling around the square and window shopping! You can't miss the iconic antler arches either... prime photo spot.
YOU HAVE TO GO HERE! It's so fun for a post dinner drink... live music, cocktails and fun saddle chairs at the bar (again... great photo opp).
Make a custom cowboy hat at Beaver Creek Hats + Leather
I was dying to get a new cowboy hat but I was NOT willing to drop hundreds at Kemo Sabe (balling on a budget, okay). I ended up stumbling upon another shop that sold cowboy hats & realized it was a fraction of the cost!
I got a hat here for 200 bucks and was able to customize it, brand it and do all the fun things. The hats range from $100 to much more expensive... but if you are wanting to make a hat, I would highly recommend doing it here and saving some money while also still enjoying the hat making experience.

What to eat + drink:

SO YUMMY. If you want a more authentic "Jackson Hole" vibe, this is your place. Get the buffalo tartar... it was stellar.
Everyone and their mother recommended this place for breakfast and lunch - can confirm, it lived up to the hype. We went twice in a row!
This was our "nice dinner" spot and it was incredible. I did have to make a reservation around two weeks in advance so heads up! It's a little pricey but the food was great and the aesthetic was even better. Cozy, western and chic... definitely a great date night spot.
BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD. OMG.
They don't take reservations but you can call ahead. The restaurant itself is a fun vibe, in an old movie theater with live music and bands. We opted to call in some pizzas and take them to go for a cozy night in with games.
I will forever dream about their BBQ brisket pizza - drool worthy.
The Handle Bar at Four Seasons
A great spot for a post ski, apres moment. One of the best spicy margs I have had in a minute!

You simply cannot go to Jackson Hole and NOT go to the top of the mountain for a waffle. It's iconic!
Pro tip: if you are not a strong skiier, you can always take the gondola up and ride it back down after your waffle snack. The first day we went up, there was ZERO visibility so that what I did (didn't feel like stumbling off the mountain in my skies). The next day, I skiied back down. It's a difficult run, but if I can do it... you can too!
The waffles though... incredible. Try all the flavors! Bonus points if you also get the Alpenglow Mimosa to go with it.

I absolutely LOVED Jackson Hole and cannot wait to come back to visit.
Have anywhere else I need to check out on my next trip there? Let me know!
