Introducing my high protein cookie dough!
As someone who aims to eat around 130g a protein a day - this is a delight and can fit into my fitness goals 💃 This has over 30 grams of protein in it and only takes a few simple ingredients to create a healthy cookie dough alternative.
PRO TIP: put it in the freezer for a bit before you eat so it thickens up.
INGREDIENTS:
• 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (vanilla makes it slightly sweeter)
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 2 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
• splash of honey +vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp chickpea or almond flour
• 1 handful of chocolate chips (I use Lily's Sweets for a healthier, lower sugar swap)
HOW TO:
• Mix all ingredients into a bowl and stir
• Freeze for 10 - 15 minutes to thicken
• Enjoy with fruit, crackers or eat on its own!
