High Protein Dessert: Cookies + Cream "Oreo" Fluffy Yogurt

Y'all know... I LOVE me some fluffy yogurt. My favorite quick and easy dessert!

If you’re craving something sweet but still want to hit your protein goals, this Oreo Fluffy Yogurt recipe is about to become your newest obsession. It tastes like cookies & cream cheesecake mousse meets ice cream… but with nearly 40g of protein.

The best part? It takes less than 5 minutes to make and feels WAY more indulgent than the macros would suggest.

Why You’ll Love This Recipe

  • High protein
  • Thick, fluffy texture
  • Perfect late-night sweet treat
  • Easy to customize
  • Tastes like dessert without the sugar crash

Oreo Fluffy Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients

  • 170g plain Greek yogurt (I use Fage)
  • 7g sugar-free pudding mix (I like cheesecake)
  • Optional: Splash of baking powder (about 1/4 tsp) for extra fluffiness
  • Sweetener to taste (I use Truvia)
  • 1 to 1/2 scoop protein powder - I am using the FlavCity cookies and cream but you can use chocolate or vanilla too.
  • 2 crushed Oreos on top - I scooped out the cream middle and just used the cookies for lower calories and less sugar
  • Optional whipped cream - I like this to make it more creamy. I use the Truwhip natural whipped topping.

Instructions

  1. Add the Greek yogurt to a bowl.
  2. Mix in the pudding mix, protein powder, and sweetener.
  3. Add baking powder if you want the extra fluffy texture.
  4. Stir everything together until smooth and thick.
  5. Top with crushed Oreos and whipped cream.
  6. Put it in the fridge for 10–20 minutes for the BEST consistency. This is key!!!

Macros (without whipped cream)

  • 372 Calories
  • 38g Protein
  • 33g Carbs
  • 9g Fat

Tips

  • Cookies and cream protein powder honestly gives it the best cookies & cream flavor.
  • For an even thicker texture, use 2% or full fat Greek yogurt (I prefer to keep the fat macros lower)
  • Freeze it for 20–30 minutes if you want more of an ice cream vibe. 10 minutes in the fridge for more mousse vibe.
  • Add strawberries, peanut butter, or chocolate chips for different flavors!

Final Thoughts

This is one of those recipes that genuinely doesn’t feel “healthy.” It’s creamy, fluffy, sweet, and ridiculously satisfying while still helping you hit your protein goals. Perfect for a post-workout snack, late-night dessert, or when you just want something sweet without derailing your macros!
